    DaktariSheba, operated by KiyanSolutions UG, follows the Bangladesh ICT Act 2006 (amended 2013) and the Digital Security Act 2018. Here's how we meet those requirements.

    Data Protection & Security

    Under the Digital Security Act 2018, we:

    • Safeguard healthcare data as critical information infrastructure
    • Prevent unauthorized access to personal and health records
    • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of patient data
    • Report data breaches to relevant authorities when required

    Electronic Health Records

    Our digital prescriptions and health records meet ICT Act requirements for electronic documents and digital signatures. Prescriptions issued through DaktariSheba are valid electronic documents under applicable law.

    Your Responsibilities

    When using DaktariSheba, you must not:

    • Use the platform for illegal purposes
    • Post false, defamatory, or misleading health information
    • Access other users' data without authorization
    • Harass or threaten other users

    If you spot suspicious activity, please report it to us right away.

    Doctor Verification

    Every doctor on DaktariSheba is verified through BMDC (Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council) registration. Only licensed professionals can offer services on our platform.

    Content Moderation

    We review health tips, doctor reviews, and other user content to prevent misinformation, in line with the Digital Security Act.

    Working with Authorities

    We cooperate with BTRC, law enforcement, and regulatory bodies as required by law, responding to lawful information requests through proper legal channels.
