Effective from April 22, 2026
By using DaktariSheba, whether through our website or mobile app, you agree to these terms. DaktariSheba is operated by KiyanSolutions UG, a company registered in Germany. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform.
DaktariSheba is a healthcare platform serving three types of users: patients, doctors, and ambulance service providers.
Some features require an account. Keep your login credentials private. Make sure the information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.
You must be at least 16 years old to create a DaktariSheba account and use the Services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. Where required by applicable law, users between 16 and 18 must also have parental or legal-guardian consent.
Health records for children under 16 may only be managed by a parent or legal guardian through our Family Health Hub, using the guardian's own account. The guardian is responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload and manage the child's data.
If we become aware that an account has been created by a person under 16, we may suspend or terminate that account and delete associated data in accordance with applicable law.
DaktariSheba is a technology platform. We connect you with doctors, but we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment ourselves. The health information on our platform is for general awareness only. Always consult your doctor before making any medical decisions.
If you believe you are having a medical emergency, call 999 or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not rely on the platform or AI features for emergency care.
DaktariSheba includes AI-assisted features for both patients and doctors, powered by third-party AI services:
By using these features you agree to the following:
Appointments depend on doctor availability. Each doctor sets their own cancellation and rescheduling rules. Consultation fees are shown at the time of booking. DaktariSheba may charge a service fee for facilitating the booking.
We aim to keep DaktariSheba available and secure, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, device limitations, third-party provider outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue specific features at any time to improve safety, legal compliance, or service quality.
All content, trademarks, and logos on DaktariSheba belong to KiyanSolutions UG or their respective owners. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
DaktariSheba and KiyanSolutions UG are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the 12 months before your claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, fraud, or injury to life, body, or health. If you are a consumer in the European Union, your mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
If you choose to send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you grant KiyanSolutions UG a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right to use that feedback to improve the Services, without any obligation of compensation or confidentiality, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold DaktariSheba and KiyanSolutions UG harmless from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your upload of content that infringes the rights of others. This obligation does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law or where a claim arises from our own unlawful conduct.
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including network or cloud-provider failures, telecommunications outages, power failures, third-party service disruptions, natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of government, provided we take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact.
We may provide notices to you by in-app banner or pop-up, by email to the address associated with your account, by SMS to your registered phone number, or by posting them on our website. Such notice is deemed received upon delivery or 24 hours after publication, whichever is earlier. You agree to receive policies, statements, receipts, and legal or regulatory communications from us electronically.
We can suspend or close your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time using in-app account deletion controls, the web Account Deletion page, or by emailing [email protected].
We may update these terms occasionally. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. If you keep using DaktariSheba after changes, you are accepting the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh for the services delivered in Bangladesh. Where you are a resident of the European Union, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence also apply. Disputes in Bangladesh fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Dhaka.
EU Online Dispute Resolution. The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform for consumers at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. KiyanSolutions UG is not obligated and does not commit to participating in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless required by law.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms you accept in the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and KiyanSolutions UG regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent, to the extent permitted by law.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to continued protection of your data consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Survival. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing-law provisions — will survive termination of these Terms.
